Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nagovss Tech Solution, we aim to provide our clients with high-quality digital portfolio services. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund and cancellation terms.

1. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of making the payment. Once project processing or customization work has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds can only be issued if the service has not yet started or if there is a proven technical issue on our end.
• No refunds will be provided once your web portfolio, code sheet, or GitHub link has been delivered.
• In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method used during the transaction (as per Razorpay processing timelines).

4. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Customer changed their mind after receiving the project.
• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Delays caused by the client in submitting necessary data or files.
